Author and food & wine pro Marcy Carriker Smothers joins me on the show this week to talk all things Disney dining, including some great Walt Disney stories and a whole lot more!

As we once said on our “it’s a food world” segments, Walt Disney World is not just burgers and hot dogs. The food options in all of the parks and resorts, both currently and historically, are certainly much finer than the normal fare that you would find in an amusement park or theme park.

I had a blast talking to Marcy about Walt Disney, Disneyland, his favorite foods, her favorites, and her two books that you really need to pick up, “Walt’s Disneyland” and “Delicious Disney”.

As I say on my podcast, it’s my job to take away all of that stress, all of that anxiety, and all of that time that it takes to book a Disney trip (because it takes an awful lot of time), so you can focus on the fun things like having a fantastic time with your family and friends and enjoying the magic!
