Word of the Week – X-ed (Never Built Walt Disney World)

Not every idea that Disney’s Imagineers come up with gets built somewhere. Some great ideas and concepts that Disney’s legendary design team has come up with over the years have been canceled for one reason or another. I’ll take a look at some of those on the Word of the Week – Never Built Walt Disney World.

Wouldn’t you love to take a bullet train ride across Japan, explore the mystical homes of beautiful unicorns, or cruise down the Rhine River? You were supposed to do all of that in WDW!

I was hit with the Walt Disney World bug at the age of 13. I took my first trip with my family to the Most Magical Place on Earth and it hit me. “I want to work here someday,” I told my parents. As I say on my podcast, it’s my job to take away all of that stress, all of that anxiety, and all of that time that it takes to book a Disney trip (because it takes an awful lot of time), so you can focus on the fun things like having a fantastic time with your family and friends and enjoying the magic!
